Morning — confidence and capability. We start by getting everyone hands-on. Live demos, real tasks from your own world, and structured practice so that by lunch even the most wary people in the room have done things with AI they didn't think they could. The goal of the morning is simple: get the whole team over the line from "I should probably learn this" to "I can actually do this."
Afternoon — finding your opportunities. With confidence in the room, we turn to your business. The team maps where AI could genuinely help — the daily frustrations, the slow bits, the things you've stopped trying to fix — and we run them through a structured lens to surface the ideas worth pursuing. We sort them by impact and effort, and the team leaves having chosen a handful to take forward.
It's deliberately enjoyable. People build confidence alongside competence, the energy stays high, and nobody sits through a slide deck. By the end you've got a team that's both more capable and pointed at something real.
The day is led by Rose Tighe. For larger groups, or where a more experiential format suits, we bring in additional facilitators from the Inside Edge Labs network — so the room never outgrows the support in it.
